You are here: Home » Recipes » Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake Recipe by SharonBuenger Yield 12 servings PrintEmail Ingredients 1/2 cup margarine or butter1/2 cup oil1 3/4 cups sugar2 whole eggs1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 cup milk1 teaspoon vinegar2 1/2 cups flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder4 tablespoons cocoa or carob powder2 teaspoons baking soda2 1/2 cups grated zucchini12 ounces Chocolate chips or carob chips (sweetened)1 cup chopped walnuts Instructions Cream margarine, oil, and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and milk with vinegar. Stir in dry ingredients. Add zucchini and 1/2 of the chips and the nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9×13 pan or bundt pan. Sprinkle remaining chips on top of cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
