Chocolate Chip Pie

This crustless pie is like a thick chocolate chip cookie. Heat and serve with frozen vanilla yogurt for a real treat.


2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 large egg
1 large egg white
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup reduced-fat semisweet chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine flour, baking powder and brown sugar in a medium mixing bowl.  Add margarine, egg, egg white and vanilla; stir well.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate coated with nonstick cooking spray.  Bake 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.  Let cool on a wire rack.
