Chocolate Cherry Nirvana Smoothie

  • Yield: 2 servings


2cups unsweetened frozen cherries
2 bananas
1 1/2cups chocolate rice milk or low-fat chocolate soymilk, or 1 1/2 cups vanilla rice- or soymilk and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.


  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Variation: Use frozen strawberries instead of cherries, and/or low-fat chocolate almond milk, if available.
