Blend well. Preheat oven to 350F. Line muffin cups with paper liners. Spoon batter into liners until half full. Bake until cupcakes spring back with lightly pressed. To make the frosting: Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in brown sugar. Spread on cooled cupcakes.
