Chocolate Bread Puddings for Two

Chocolate Bread Puddings are a snap to make and are a great Valentine's Day dessert.


2 cups cubed French bread
1 cup chocolate milk
2 eggs
3 ounces chopped chocolate bars or 6 caramel-filled chocolate drops, chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Place bread cubes in 2 (8-ounce) ramekins sprayed with cooking spray. Add chopped chocolate. Combine chocolate milk and eggs; whisk well. Pour over bread cubes. Bake  25 to 30 minutes, until set and puffed. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
