Chocolate Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is like having dessert at breakfast.

Ingredients

1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon flax seed meal
1 cup milk or almond milk
3/4 -- banana
-- ice
1/2 teaspoon honey
-- add ins: whey protein powder, strawberries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs

Instructions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
