Chocolate Banana Smoothie
- Yield servings
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1 cup milk or almond milk
- 3/4 -- banana
- -- ice
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- -- add ins: whey protein powder, strawberries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
