Chocolate Banana Smoothie

- 1teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1tablespoon flax seed meal
- 1cup milk or almond milk
- 3/4-- banana
- -- ice
- 1/2teaspoon honey
- -- add ins: whey protein powder, strawberries, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
