Chipotle Pepper Hummus

Chipotle gives a sweet, smoky flavor to hummus.
- 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well
- 2 tablespoons sesame tahini
- 1 chipotle chili in adobo plus 1 tablespoon sauce from can
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the metal blade. Process until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
