Ingredients 3 cups water3/4 cup quick-cooking grits1/4 teaspoon salt1 cup (4-oz) shredded extra-sharp white Cheddar cheese1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, mashed Instructions Boil water; add grits and salt.
