Chinese Mustard Vinaigrette

1/2cup rice wine vinegar
2teaspoons Chinese mustard
1teaspoon sesame oil
1/4cup walnut or peanut oil
1teaspoon minced shallot
1/4teaspoon salt and pepper


  1. Combine rice wine vinegar, Chinese mustard, sesame oil, oil, minced shallot, salt and pepper. Drizzle over fish or vegetables.
