Chinese Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Chinese mustard
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup walnut or peanut oil
1 teaspoon minced shallot
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine rice wine vinegar, Chinese mustard, sesame oil, oil, minced shallot, salt and pepper. Drizzle over fish or vegetables.
