Chili Con Carne

2tablespoons Butter
1/2cup Chopped Onion
1/2-- Clove Garlic-chopped
1pound ground turkey
1 1/4cups canned tomatoes
4cups canned kidney bean-rinsed and drained
3/4teaspoon Salt
1/2-- bayleaf
1teaspoon sugar
2teaspoons Chili Powder


Saute onions and garlic in melted butter. Add 1 pound ground turkey. Stir and saute the meat until well done. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
Yield: 8 – 1C servings
