Chili Cheese Bread

A great addition to any meal or serve with soup and salad for a light meal.
- 1 (16-ounce) loaf French bread
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Slice bread diagonallly, slicing through but not completely to the bottom. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread mixture between cut surfaces of bread. Wrap bread in foil. Bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
