Chicken with Salsa Verde and Feta

A jar of your favorite salsa verde and feta make a quick chicken dinner.
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 cups jarred salsa verde
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Place chicken thighs in a roasting pan. Pour salsa verde over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 375F.
