Chicken with Salsa Verde and Feta

  • Yield: 6 servings


2pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 1/2cups jarred salsa verde
3/4cup crumbled feta cheese


  1. Place chicken thighs in a roasting pan. Pour salsa verde over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 375F.
