PrintEmail Ingredients 1 cup red wine1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup salad oil2 tablespoons water1 -- garlic clove, minced1 teaspoon ginger1/4 teaspoon oregano1 tablespoon brown sugar6 -- chicken breast halves Instructions Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 24 hours in a baking dish covered with aluminum foil. Cook for 1 to 1/12 hours in a 350F oven, uncovered for the last 15 minutes to brown. Pan juices may be used for gravy.
