Chicken-Wild Rice Casserole

2 cups Cooked chicken, bite size pieces
1 pound Fresh mushrooms
1/4 cup Canola oil
1 package Zatarain wild rice mix
1 cup Reduced fat sour cream
1 can Mushroom soup


Brown mushrooms in oil. Cook rice by package directions. Combine sour cream and soup until well mixed, then add chicken, cooked rice, and mushrooms. Bake at 350 until bubbly.
