Chicken Salad with Chow Mein Noodles

Ingredients

1 head lettuce, coarsely chopped
4 whole chicken breasts, coarsely chopped
1 can chow mein rice noodles
1 package slivered almonds
Dressing:
1/4 cup poppyseed
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons salt
4 tablespoons vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine lettuce, chicken, chow mein noodles and almonds in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together all dressing ingredients.  Pour over salad and mix well.
