Chicken Salad with Chow Mein Noodles

- 1head lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 4whole chicken breasts, coarsely chopped
- 1can chow mein rice noodles
- 1package slivered almonds
- 1/4cup poppyseed
- 1/2cup oil
- 2teaspoons salt
- 4tablespoons vinegar
- 4tablespoons sugar
- Combine lettuce, chicken, chow mein noodles and almonds in a large bowl.
- Mix together all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and mix well.
