Chicken Salad with Chow Mein Noodles
- Yield 10 servings
- 1 head lettuce, coarsely chopped
- 4 whole chicken breasts, coarsely chopped
- 1 can chow mein rice noodles
- 1 package slivered almonds
- 1/4 cup poppyseed
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons vinegar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Combine lettuce, chicken, chow mein noodles and almonds in a large bowl.
- Mix together all dressing ingredients. Pour over salad and mix well.
