Chicken Delite

5ounces pulled chicken meat
2ounces red and green bell pepper
2ounces quartered mushrooms
2ounces diced tomato
3ounces white sauce
1/4cup chicken broth
8ounces penne pasta
1teaspoon oregano
1teaspoon diced basil
1teaspoon diced thyme
1tablespoon chopped garlic
1dash salt
1dash black pepper
2tablespoons Asiago Cheese, grated
White sauce
4tablespoons butter
4tablespoons Wondra
2cups milk



  1. Saute chicken & vegetables in chicken broth & spices.
  2. When cooked add white sauce and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Boil Penne. Rinse & drain.
  4. On a plate or bowl. Penne first then saute.
  5. Sprinkle Asiago Cheese.
  6. White sauce: add all and heat over midium heat til thick.
