Chicken Delite

5 ounces pulled chicken meat
2 ounces red and green bell pepper
2 ounces quartered mushrooms
2 ounces diced tomato
3 ounces white sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
8 ounces penne pasta
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon diced basil
1 teaspoon diced thyme
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 dash salt
1 dash black pepper
2 tablespoons Asiago Cheese, grated
White sauce
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons Wondra
2 cups milk



  1. Saute chicken & vegetables in chicken broth & spices.
  2. When cooked add white sauce and simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Boil Penne. Rinse & drain.
  4. On a plate or bowl. Penne first then saute.
  5. Sprinkle Asiago Cheese.
  6. White sauce: add all and heat over midium heat til thick.
