Chicken Delite

Ingredients
- Chicken
- 5 ounces pulled chicken meat
- 2 ounces red and green bell pepper
- 2 ounces quartered mushrooms
- 2 ounces diced tomato
- 3 ounces white sauce
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon diced basil
- 1 teaspoon diced thyme
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Asiago Cheese, grated
- White sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons Wondra
- 2 cups milk
Instructions

Saute chicken & vegetables in chicken broth & spices.

When cooked add white sauce and simmer for 5 mins.

Boil Penne. Rinse & drain.

On a plate or bowl. Penne first then saute.

Sprinkle Asiago Cheese.

White sauce: add all and heat over midium heat til thick.
