Chicken Breast Saute With New Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5large chicken breasts
- 1/4cup red wine
- 1/2cup butter or margarine
- 1-- sliced onion
- 1clove clove garlic minced
- 2tablespoons flour
- 1/2teaspoon salt
- 1/4teaspoon pepper
- 1-- chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4teaspoon pepper
- 1can small can white potatoes, drained
- 1cup hot water
- -- snipped parsley
Instructions
- In hot butter in large skillet, saute chicken breast on both sides until brown. Add onion and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes. In small bowl combine flour, salt, pepper. Slowly stir in bouillon cube dissolved in hot water; pour over browned chicken. Cook slowly, covered, about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Add potatoes and wine; heat. Garnish with parsley
