Chicken Monte Christo

- 3 ounces Chicken Breast Strips
- -- no salt seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Mayonnaise
- 1 slice (approx. 2 oz)Havarti Cheese
- 1/2 -- Avocado, sliced
- 2 slices Sun dried Tomato Bread
- 2 -- eggs
- 1 tablespoon skim milk
- -- pan spray
Cut chicken breast into strips and sprinkle with seasoning. Saute in pan coated with pan spray. Cook thoroughly and set aside. Mix egg and milk together and set aside.
Assemble sandwiches by spreading bread with garlic mayonnaise. Add cheese and avocado slice onto bread. Place chicken onto bread and top with second slice of bread.
Dip entire sandwich into egg/milk mixture and cook in saute pan that has been sprayed with pan spray. Cook until golden on each side and serve cut into diagonal.
