Chicken and Rice

6-8 -- Boneless / Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Undiluted)
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 package Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 box Minute Rice (Uncooked)
2 cans Water


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line baking dish with aluminum foil, place boneless / skinless chicken breast in baking dish, salt chicken, spread can of cream of mushroom soup on top of chicken, sprinkle package of dry onion soup mix on top of that, spread minute rice (Uncooked) on as the third layer, mix can of cream of celery soup with 2 cans of water in a seperate bowl, pour over chicken mixture and cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2 hours.
