Chia Pudding

3tablespoons organic chia seeds, whole
1/4cup whole cream
1/2cup coconut milk, canned
1tablespoon liquid artificial sweetener
1teaspoon cinnamon
1cup water


Put all ingredients into a wide mouth jar, shake well. Leave in fridge. This will last about 3 weeks and can be used for breakfast or with yogurt and berries as a dessert.
