- 3 tablespoons organic chia seeds, whole
- 1/4 cup whole cream
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, canned
- 1 tablespoon liquid artificial sweetener
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup water
Put all ingredients into a wide mouth jar, shake well. Leave in fridge. This will last about 3 weeks and can be used for breakfast or with yogurt and berries as a dessert.
