Chia Pudding

  • Yield 6 servings


3 tablespoons organic chia seeds, whole
1/4 cup whole cream
1/2 cup coconut milk, canned
1 tablespoon liquid artificial sweetener
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water


Put all ingredients into a wide mouth jar, shake well. Leave in fridge. This will last about 3 weeks and can be used for breakfast or with yogurt and berries as a dessert.
