Chess Pie

  • Yield 6-8 servings

Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal
1 -- unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with a hand mixer, then stir in both sugars.
  2. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
