Cherry Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 pints Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half
Instructions
Make dressing by combining first 8 ingredients in a jar with lid, refrigerate over night. Slice tomatoes, shake dressing well, and pour over tomatoes 1 hour before serving.
