Cherry Gelatin Mold

A pretty side dish for the holidays.
- 1 (6-ounce) package cherry gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 (16-ounce) can light cherry pie filling
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- Place the cherry gelatin in a bowl and pour the boiling water over. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved. Add the cherry pie filling and the pineapple. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until firm.
