Cherries in the Snow

  • Yield 10 servings


16 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces milk
12 ounces confectioner's sugar
1 large cool whip
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 large angel food cake


Mix together cream cheese, milk,confectioner's sugar,cool whip and vanilla. Break the angel food cake into bite size pieces. Put down a layer of cake, then a layer of cream cheese mixture, then cherry pie filling. Repeat until you get to the top of the bowl ending with cream cheese mixture and topping with cherry pie filling. Chill until ready to serve.
