Chantilly Potatoes & Ham

10-- potatoes
1pint heavy whipping cream
10ounces shredded sharp cheese
1-- ham steak


 Peel, boil and mash potatoes (like your're going to make mashed potatoes, but don't add milk)   Spray the bottom of the casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread mashed potatoes in a 9×13 baking dish. Cut off any fat on ham and then cut ham into small pieces. Layer the ham on top of the potatoes. Mix together 1 pt. heavy whipping cream, shredded cheese and mix through the casserole.  Bake 350 degrees – 20-30 minutes.  Take out of oven and let stand for about 10 minutes before serving.  mmm, mmm good!!!!!
