Champagne Berry Duet
- Yield 2 to 4 servings
A simple, yet elegant, ending to a meal, this low-calorie dessert stars raspberries and strawberries, all topped with sparkling wine.
To do all out, drizzle some melted chocolate over all.
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup sparkling wine
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange liquor
- Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive container and let sit 30 minutes. Serve in champagne or wine glasses.
