Champagne Berry Duet

  • Yield 2 to 4 servings

A simple, yet elegant, ending to a meal, this low-calorie dessert stars raspberries and strawberries, all topped with sparkling wine.

To do all out, drizzle some melted chocolate over all.

Ingredients

1 pint raspberries
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons light brown sugar
3/4 cup sparkling wine
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange liquor

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive container and let sit 30 minutes. Serve in champagne or wine glasses.
