Caves Baby Back Ribs and Barbeque Sauce

  • Yield 1 dozen

1 can Tomato Soup
2 tablespoons Catalena Sauce
2 tablespoons Barbeque Sauce
2 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
8 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 tablespoons Medium Hot Salsa
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice or Taste
1/2 teaspoon Horse Radish
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Each of Salt & Pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar or Sweetener
3 1/2 to 4 pounds Babyback or Pork Ribs

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a separate bowl except for the sugar/sweetener and set aside. Salt and pepper both sides of the meat and add 1 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener. Cook meat at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. When meat is done cut meat into serving sizes. Make sure to drain out all excess grease from the meat then add the pre-mixed ingredients that were set off to the side and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes to let the meat absorb the flavor of the sauce.
  2. Good luck with this recipe. My Family loves it. It is the best. Cave J. Kirtley, 436 Hayes St., American Falls, Id. 83211 1. 208-226-7536
