Caves Baby Back Ribs and Barbeque Sauce

  • Yield: 1 dozen

1can Tomato Soup
2tablespoons Catalena Sauce
2tablespoons Barbeque Sauce
2tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
8tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3tablespoons Medium Hot Salsa
1teaspoon Lemon Juice or Taste
1/2teaspoon Horse Radish
1/2teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1/2teaspoon Each of Salt & Pepper
1teaspoon Sugar or Sweetener
3 1/2 to 4pounds Babyback or Pork Ribs

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a separate bowl except for the sugar/sweetener and set aside. Salt and pepper both sides of the meat and add 1 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener. Cook meat at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. When meat is done cut meat into serving sizes. Make sure to drain out all excess grease from the meat then add the pre-mixed ingredients that were set off to the side and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes to let the meat absorb the flavor of the sauce.
  2. Good luck with this recipe. My Family loves it. It is the best. Cave J. Kirtley, 436 Hayes St., American Falls, Id. 83211 1. 208-226-7536
