Carnival Chocolate Cake
- Yield 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 box butter yellow cake mix
- 1 large box of chocolate Jello Instant Pudding
- 4 cups eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 8 dashes purple, green and gold sparkling sugar sprinkles
Instructions
- Whisk dry pudding w cake mix till blended
- Combine all ingredients except chips in mixing bowl
- Follow directions on cake box for mix temperature and bake time
- Place in pre-sprayed bundt pan
- Sprinkle choc. chips on top
- Bake
- Top w confectioners sugar after cake has cooled.
- Add colored sprinkles on top
