Carne Asada

  • Yield 5 servings


10 pounds 7 bone steak
1 can any beer/your choice
2 large limes
1 small onion
1 package all season salt


In a large mixing bowl

Sprinkle  season salt on each individual piece of meat

Squeeze the limes over meat

Pour can of beer on the meat

Dice up onion and mix into the meat

Mix all together in the bowl.  Cover and refrigerate for one day before grilling on the grill.
