- Yield: 10 servings
- 1large round Brie cheese
- 1cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2cup butter
- 1cup pecan halves
- Remove the top rind of the Brie. Place the round on a baking sheet. Combine the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Cook until the butter melts, stirring frequently. Stir in the pecans.
- Spread the pecan mixture over the top of the Brie. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes. Serve with water crackers and sliced apples.
