PrintEmail Ingredients 1 large round Brie cheese1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup butter1 cup pecan halves Instructions Remove the top rind of the Brie. Place the round on a baking sheet. Combine the brown sugar and butter in a saucepan. Cook until the butter melts, stirring frequently. Stir in the pecans. Spread the pecan mixture over the top of the Brie. Bake at 325F for 45 minutes.
