Kids of all ages love it! Ingredients 7 1/2 quarts popped popcorn2 cups brown sugar1 cup butter1/2 cup light corn syrup1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda Instructions Preheat oven to 200F. In a saucepan, heat butter, sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir occasionally. When mixture comes to a full boil, cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda. Pour caramel mixture over popcorn and mix until evenly coated. Bake for 1 hour in large, greased roasting pan, stirring every 15 minutes.
