Cantaloupe and Strawberries with Brown Sugar Cream

  • Yield: 8 servings


1-- basket of strawberries
1-- cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cubed
2cups sour cream
1/2cup brown sugar
3teaspoons triple sec
3teaspoons vanilla
-- Fresh mint leaves for garnish


  1. Combine sour cream, brown sugar, triple sec and vanilla in a bowl.  Whisk until smooth and chill.  Arrange strawberries and cantaloupe on a platter around the dipping sauce.  Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
