Cantaloupe and Strawberries with Brown Sugar Cream
- Yield: 8 servings
- 1-- basket of strawberries
- 1-- cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cubed
- 2cups sour cream
- 1/2cup brown sugar
- 3teaspoons triple sec
- 3teaspoons vanilla
- -- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Combine sour cream, brown sugar, triple sec and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and chill. Arrange strawberries and cantaloupe on a platter around the dipping sauce. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
