Cantaloupe and Strawberries with Brown Sugar Cream
- Yield 8 servings
A simple and delicious dipping sauce for your fruit.
- 1 -- basket of strawberries
- 1 -- cantaloupe, seeded, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons triple sec
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- -- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Combine sour cream, brown sugar, triple sec and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk until smooth and chill. Arrange strawberries and cantaloupe on a platter around the dipping sauce. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
