Ingredients 2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon all-purpose flour1/8 teaspoon salt1 egg white3 cups pecan halves Instructions Preheat oven to 175F. Mix brown sugar, flour and salt in a bowl and set aside. In another bowl, beat egg white until foamy; slowly beat in sugar mixture. Fold in pecans. Transfer pecans to a parchment-lined baking pan.
