California Raisin Peanut Butter Spread

Ingredients

3/4cup California raisins
1/2cup apple juice
2tablespoons honey
2teaspoons ground cinnamon
1cup creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Measure raisins and apple juice into small saucepan and bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until raisins have absorbed all the juice.
  2. Stir in honey and cinnamon; cool slightly.
  3. Stir in peanut butter.
  4. Spread onto graham crackers, bread, mini-bagels apple slices or celery sticks.
