California Date Shake

Dates add both flavor and texture to this unusual smoothie.
- 10 dates, pitted
- 3/4 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream
- 1 cup 2 percent low-fat milk
- 6 ice cubes
- Cut dates into small pieces. Put them in a blender with the frozen yogurt, millk and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and serve.
