Café Mystique

  • Yield 4 to 8 servings


1 1/3 cups crushed ice
1 1/3 cups cold espresso, or strong coffee
1 1/3 cups Kahlua liqueur
1/2 cup Carnation powdered malt mix


  1. Combine all ingredients together in blender, process until smooth and well blended. Serve overice in tall glasses. Top each drink with a generous dollop of whipped cream (optional).
