C-splosion Smoothie

One of the best ways to get your fruit is through a smoothie, and you can use just about any fruits in a smoothie: Try bananas, peaches, plums, mangoes and even ripe pears. Also for a calcium boost, add yogurt or ice milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup strawberries
- 2 cups ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender.
- Whirl.
- Slurp.
