Buttermilk Pecan Pie

  • Yield 8 servings

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons self-rising flour
3 -- eggs
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 -- uncooked pie crust, I used Pillsbury

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together; pour into piecrust.
  3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
