- 1pound ground buffalo
- 1/2teaspoon pepper
- 1teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 4teaspoons ketchup
- 1teaspoon salt
- 1teaspoon mustard
- 2teaspoons horseradish
- Mix the pepper, worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, mustard and horseradish into the ground buffalo meat. Mix thoroughly so that all seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Gently form the meat mixture into patties.
- Grill until internal temperature reaches 155°. Serve like a regular hamburger.
