  1. Thank you for all the work you do and for sharing with us. My daughter told me about your site. First time visiting. I will be a regular.

  2. The recipe calls for 1/2 cup blackberries and raspberries. Is the 1/2 cup amount of fruit the total amount of fruit or is it a 1/2 cup raspberries and a 1/2 cup blackberries making the total fruit amount 1 cup?

The smoothie was a little too tart for my taste, so I added a banana and 1 cup of spinach, because why not? You can't taste it anyway. And it was awesome… took the tart taste away just enough.

i just made this for breakfast and absolutely loved it. Who knew something so simple can be so delicious! I just started making your recipes and they are great! I hope I lose weight soon. Quick question though, when you write the calories down payment it per serving or for the whole recipe (in this case the 2 servings for the triple berry smoothie). Thanks for all these wonderful recipes, my husband and I really enjoy them.

  5. Thank you for all these amazing recipes! Your blog is amazing and you inspire me to stay healthy! I'm so excited to try this smoothie this morning:)

  6. I would love some recipes to be both ww friendly and cancer preventative for those of us at high risk. :O)

  7. Thanks for posting such wonderful recipes. I made something similar to this, but added 2 handfuls of baby spinach. Even my picky DH, he won't eat anything green or veggies lol, drank it and said he'd drink it again!

  8. Looks yummy! To really prevent cancer, it would be healthier if you replaced the yogurt with coconut milk. Add a banana for a smoother texture. Look up casein and you'll see that dairy is actually very bad for us.

    1. Is that a points plus thing? How would the calories or fat increase just by including fruit in a recipe?

  9. This smoothie is awesome, I added 2 handfuls of Blueberries and a little bit of sugar(not a big fan of super tartness)

  10. At our WW meeting we were told that blended fruit is no longer 0 pts in the new program. What do you know about this and does your recipes reflect this. The difference has something to do with the fiber component. Anyways I really your website, it's awesome and I can't wait to try more.

  11. love your blog!! i put this on my blog linking back to yours!

  16. @Mandi, the best way to guarantee enjoying a smoothie is to use the fruit you love. You can't go wrong!

Do you have any suggestions for other yogurts to add? I don't like the WW yogurt because it has sucralose (Splenda).

    1. Why don't you try Greek Yogurt and sweeten it with stevia? The high protein in the yogurt will sustain you much longer!

    2. I use a cup of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry mix, 1/2 cup rolled whole oats, 1 cup Fage greek yoguart, 1 T olive oil and 1 cup water. Makes a wonderful shake under 400 Cals to start your day. I quit using any sweetener because it just didn't taste good that sweet.
