In a small bowl, blend melted margarine and Italian dressing with parsley, breadcrumbs, garlic, basil and cheese. Place sliced tomatoes on a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray and spoon the topping evenly over tomatoes. Broil 10 minutes, until browned.
