Broccoli Salad with Grapes

Low-fat, low-sodium and low calories, this recipe is a great way to enjoy broccoli.
Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/3 cup green onions
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine broccoli, walnuts, grapes, celery and green onions. In a small bowl mix together sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Toss with salad. Refrigerate.
