Broccoli Salad with Grapes

Low-fat, low-sodium and low calories, this recipe is a great way to enjoy broccoli.


4 cups broccoli florets
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
1 cup red seedless grapes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup green onions
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise


  1. Combine broccoli, walnuts, grapes, celery and green onions.  In a small bowl mix together sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise.  Toss with salad.  Refrigerate.
