Broccoli Cornbread

  • Yield: 8 to 10 servings

Ingredients

2boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
10ounces cottage cheese
10ounces frozen, chopped broccoli
4-- eggs
1 to 2stick margarine

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together.  Pour into a 1" x 9" baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. (I cook mine in a cast-iron skillet)

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
