Broccoli Cornbread
- Yield 8 to 10 servings
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
- 10 ounces cottage cheese
- 10 ounces frozen, chopped broccoli
- 4 -- eggs
- 1 to 2 stick margarine
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 1" x 9" baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. (I cook mine in a cast-iron skillet)
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
