Breakfast-to-Go Grape Smoothies

  • Yield: 2 servings


1 1/2cups frozen California grapes
1 banana, sliced
1/2cup vanilla or honey Greek yogurt
1/2cup grape juice
1/4cup wheat flakes


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Serve immediately. Makes  2 1/3 cups of smoothie.
