Breakfast Souffle

"This is a great recipe for weekend guests. A very convenient make ahead meal."

Ingredients

1 1/2pounds bulk pork sausage
9 eggs
3cups milk
1teaspoon salt
1 1/2teaspoons dry mustard
3slices white bread, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
1 1/2cups grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Butter a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Brown sausage. Drain and cool.
  4. Stir together beaten eggs, milk, bread pieces, mustard, salt, cheese and sausage.
  5. Pour into prepared pan. Bake uncovered in a 350F oven 1 hour.
