Ingredients 2 teaspoons vegetable oil2 medium potatoes, sliced2 fully cooked bratwurst links1 small onion, chopped1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon orange juice1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon pepper Instructions In a heavy skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Cook the potatoes until they are lightly browned and crisp-tender, about 6 minutes. Add the bratwurst, onion, and green bell pepper. Stirring occasionally, cook until the vegetables are crisp-tender and heated through, 5 to 10 minutes. Combine the soy sauce, orange juice, basil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
