Bourbon Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 -- eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornmeal
- 1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 -- uncooked pie shell
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Whisk all ingredients (except pie shell) together and pour into pie shell. Bake 35 minutes or until top is crusty.
