Ingredients

2cups granulated sugar
4-- eggs
1/4cup heavy cream
2tablespoons bourbon
1tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2teaspoons cornmeal
1 1/2teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/4 to 1/2teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
1-- uncooked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.  Whisk all ingredients (except pie shell) together and pour into pie shell. Bake 35 minutes or until top is crusty.
