PrintEmail Ingredients 2 pounds ground beef1/2 cup chopped onion2 -- (16-ounce) cans whole tomatoes2 -- (16-ounce) cans red beans or kidney beans1/2 cup bourbon1/4 cup chili powder1/4 cup vinegar2 teaspoons salt Instructions Brown the ground beef with the onion in a large saucepan, stirring until the ground beef is crumbly; drain. Stir in the undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, bourbon, chili powder, vinegar and salt. Simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until of the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
