Bourbon Bacon Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 package dark chocolate brownie mix
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- 1/4 cup bourbon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8×8 baking dish. Prepare brownie mix according to directions on the package. Fold in crumbled bacon and 3 TBSP of Bourbon. Pour batter into the 8×8 pan. Bake for about an hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean. Remove brownies from the oven and immediately and carefully pour the 1/4 cup of bourbon over the top. Cool in the refrigerator completely before slicing and serving.
