Bourbon and Diet Ginger Ale Popsicles

3/4cup bourbon
5cups diet soda (diet ginger ale, diet coke, etc)


  1. Determine how much your popsicle mold hold. The following recipe will fill 6, 4-oz popsicle molds.
  2. In a pitcher mix together bourbon and soda.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds filling about ¾ full and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
  4. Once frozen, find a shady spot, take a seat, and enjoy!
